Delete Your Anakrino Account

This is the fastest method and removes your account immediately.

1. Open Anakrino and make sure you are signed in.
2. On the home screen, tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it's you.

If you can no longer sign in to the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you.

• Include the email address you used to sign in (email/password or Google).

Requests are completed within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm ownership before deleting.

• Your account — email address, display name, and user ID (Firebase Authentication)
• Your profile record
• Your notes and highlights
• Your favorites and reading schedules
• Your presentation history
• Your group memberships and reading progress. Groups you created and own are deleted for all members.

• Community Q&A posts. Questions you posted to the shared reflection Q&A may remain visible with your first name so replies stay in context. Ask us in your deletion email to remove these and we will.
• Crash and diagnostic logs. Anonymous crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are retained for up to 90 days and are not linked to your account after deletion.
• Backups. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 60 days.
• Records we are required to keep by law, for the period the law requires.

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data:

• In the app — delete individual notes and highlights, remove favorites, delete your own reflection questions, clear your search history, and leave any group at any time.
• By email — to have specific data removed for you while keeping your account, email contact@christiansongsweb.com with the subject Anakrino data deletion request, from your account email, describing what you want deleted. Completed within 30 days.

Bible reading, search, translations, dictionaries, and commentaries all work without signing in. An account is only needed for groups, shared notes, favorites sync, and the Q&A. You can keep using Anakrino for reading after deleting your account.
